- Star Garments, a Sri Lanka-based apparel manufacturing company, has secured a $15 million loan from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to build Togo's first large-scale, export-focused apparel manufacturing center.
- Ghana-based Oasis Capital has announced the first close of its $100 million Oasis Africa Fund II (OAF II), with secured commitments of $33.3 million, with additional fundraising to be completed by June 2025.
- Sanari Capital has made a $4.4 million follow-up investment in EduLife Group, an education services provider.
- The Luxembourg-EIB Climate Finance Platform (LCFP) has committed €5 million to BlueOrchard's $100 million climate insurance fund.

- Innovate Africa, an angel investment fund, has launched with an initial investment of $2.5 million to invest in early-stage African founders.
- British International Investment(BII) the development finance institution of the UK government, has provided a $20 million secured loan to TerraPay to boost the reliability and accessibility of remittance transfers in Africa.
- Wangara Green Ventures invested in Sommalife, a farming business in Wa, Ghana.
- Norwegian investment fund Norfund will invest $307 million in developing electromobility solutions in Kenya particularly those of start-up BasiGo.
